About the Venue

This is a beautiful venue on the water ideal for holiday parties, wedding receptions, showers, meetings, socials, retirement parties, and workshops. Includes: • FREE Selection of tables and chairs (standard height 10 rectangle, 18 round, and/or 8 bar height) • Up to 90 Banquet Chairs (cushioned padded) and/or 40 folding cushioned chairs • Fully equipped kitchen includes gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, serving utensils; Kitchen for warming food only • Outdoor patio deck overlooking waterway Not Included: linens, stemware/glasses, platters or dining plates/utensils. Audio /visual equipment.

Cancellation & Fees

Flexible:

Renter may cancel and receive a refund less the Muuchit cancellation fee. Non-refundable for cancellations 5 days or less prior to event date.

If cancelled, a Muuchit cancellation fee will apply, and applicable Provider cancellation fee will be charged. See FAQs for cancellation fee details.

Security Deposit

This Provider collects a refundable security deposit of $200.00 directly from the renter to confirm date.

Charis

We used this venue for our Volunteer Appreciation party. Guests loved the layout and the spacious foyer area. Randy and Debbie were wonderful to work with and they helped make sure everything went smoothly. Very nice venue for events!

This is our second year renting this facility. we obviously like it. It is the perfect size for our dinner fundraiser. Having an outdoor deck next to the water is a definite bonus. The kitchen is clean and well set up, except there was a problem with the ice maker. . The tables were all set up for us and the venue host was present and helpful. We will definitely continue to use this venue.
