This Privacy Policy describes how we gather information from you when you visit the website,  www.muuchit.com (the “Site”). The term “Muuchit,” “we,” “our,” and “us” includes Muuchit, LLC, and our affiliates and subsidiaries. By using our Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”). The Privacy Policy explains how Company may:

• collect
• use and
• disclose

Information we obtain through the Site. All other terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.

“User Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, for any purpose beneficial the Site, such as: name, address, email address, phone number, birthday and payment information. We do not consider User Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific User.

COMPANY COLLECTS YOUR INFORMATION

We collect User Information:

• When you access the Site;
• If you are a User, when you register;
• If you are a Renter, when you reserve Items or Space from Provider;
• If you are a Provider, when you accept a rental Reservation;
• When you are a party to a Transaction on the Site;
• If you are a Non-Profit Organization;
• When you access or use our partners or affiliates’ websites businesses; and
• When you communicate with us or anyone on the Site.

We also collect information, such as anonymous usage statistics, by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technology as you use the Site.

User Information Collection. If you are a User, then you must provide User Information to Company in order to make  Rental Reservations, make a Nomination, or use the site in any way. To make Reservations as a Renter, you will have to provide your first and last name, phone number, and email address. If you are a Provider, you will have to provide User Information to Company, including your name, email address, address, phone number, and additional information that may appear in documents you are required to submit under the Agreement. For all Users, Site may require you to submit images of yourself, your business, rental Items and/or Space, and any other information the site deems necessary, which may be updated from time to time. The information and images provided may be published on third-party sites for marketing purposes. The information you provide while making Reservations is encrypted using SSL.

Other Information Automatically Collected. We may also collect additional information, including: (i) information that we automatically collect when you visit the Site using analytics tools, such as your IP address, Internet service provider, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time of your visit, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site you visit, number of links you click while in the Site, and similar information concerning your use of the Site; (ii) additional information that you voluntarily provide to us regarding your use and interest in our programs, offers, products, and services; and (iii) information collected by our cookies (see below).

Making Payments. When you make payments through the Site, you may need to provide User Information to our third-party service providers, such as your credit card number or the credit card number of the person on whose behalf you are making the Reservations.

Collecting Payments. When you receive payments through the Site, you may need to provide User Information to our third-party service providers, such as your banking and payment information.

User Support. We may collect User Information through your communications with our user-support team.

Cookies, Automatic Data Collection, and Related Technologies. The Site collects and stores information that is generated automatically as you use it, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. When you visit the Site, we and our third-party service providers receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, and from cookies and similar technology. Cookies are small text files placed in visitors’ computer browsers to store their preferences. Most browsers allow you to block and delete cookies. However, if you do that, the Site may not work properly. Company is merely a customer or partner of third-party sites and integrations, and any dispute regarding your use of the Site as it relates to third-party products shall be handled directly between you and the third-party.

By using the Site, you are authorizing us to gather, parse, and retain data related to the provision of the Site.

HOW COMPANY USES YOUR INFORMATION

We use User Information to:

• Facilitate and improve our services; and,
• Verify your identity;
• Communicate with you;
• Publish Provider listings;
• Feature Non-Profit Organization, and charities;
• Facilitate Transactions between Users;
• Enable Users to rate other Users;
• Make recommendations to users based on preferences, and previous use of site.

We may use aggregate information for any purpose, including for marketing purposes.

Internal and Site-Related Usage. We use information, including User Information, for internal and service-related purposes only and may provide it to third parties to allow us to facilitate the Site. We may use and retain any data we collect to provide and improve our services.

Communications. We may send email to the email address you provide to us to verify your account and for informational and operational purposes, such as account management, customer service, or system maintenance, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. You can opt out from receiving such messages by canceling your account. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relations. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable time thereafter bearing in mind the possibility of your re-using our Site. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements with you. We may use your User Information to contact you regarding your use of the Site, Transaction inquiries, User surveys, or any for any other reason the Company finds necessary

Marketing. We may use information, including User Information, to facilitate transmittal of information that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you.

Aggregate Data. We may anonymize and aggregate data collected through the Site and use it for any purpose.

COMPANY MAY DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION AND INFORMATION SUBMITTED THROUGH THE SITE

We may share or make public any of the following information:

• With our third-party service providers;
• To comply with legal obligations;
• To enable a Transaction;
• Opinions and ratings of Providers and Renters;
• To protect and defend our rights and property and with your permission.

We Use Vendors and Site Providers. We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of the Site.

Displaying to Other Users. If you are a Users, then the information you post to the Site may be displayed on the Site on publicly accessible pages (other than Company). Users may be able to see limited User Information about you, such as your name and photo. We are not responsible for privacy practices of the other Users or third-party Site integrations who will be able to access the posted information. The information you provide to Users or to the Site may  may be accessible to other Users or other Sites,.

Social Networking and Other Websites. The Site may allow you to share information, including User Information, with social networking websites, such as Facebook. We do not share your User Information with them unless you direct the Site to share it. Their use of the information will be governed by their privacy policies, and you may be able to modify your privacy settings on their websites. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or other websites to which we provide links. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. You should check the applicable third-party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other websites.

Search Engines. If you are a User, then User Information you provided that could be deemed material in Renters deciding to make a Reservation may be made  Public, such as the name of your business, photos of the business, pricing for rental items and space, affiliated non-profit organization, percentage of proceeds dedicated to a charity, and more may also be accessible via search engines, or similar services, or other sites.

Marketing. We do not rent, sell, or share User Information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission. We may allow access to other data collected by the Site to enable the delivery of online advertising on this website, or otherwise facilitate transmittal of information that may be useful, relevant, valuable or otherwise of interest to you.

As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your User Information, other account information, and content if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; respond to your requests; or protect yours’, ours’ or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract. The use of your User Information following any of the foregoing events should be governed by the provisions of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time such User Information was collected.

We may also disclose your User Information with your permission.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.

By using the Site or providing User Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, by mail, or by phone regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Site. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Site or sending an e-mail to you. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect information from any person under the age of 18 years old. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use User Information from any person under 18 years old, and no part of the Site is directed to any person under the age of 18 years old. If you learn that any person under the age of 18 has provided us with User Information without your consent, you may alert us at hello@muuchit.com. If we learn that we have collected any User Information from any person under the age of 18 years old, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

By using the Site, you will transfer data to the United States.

By choosing to visit the Site or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of the State of Florida and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with Company or the Site will be in accordance with the Agreement.

UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION OR POSE A QUESTION OR SUGGESTION

We may revise this Privacy Policy, so review it periodically.

Posting of Revised Privacy Policy. We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this web page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If you are concerned about how your information is used, bookmark this page and read this Privacy Policy periodically.

New Uses of User Information. From time to time, we may desire to use User Information for uses not previously disclosed in our Privacy Policy. If our practices change regarding previously collected User Information in a way that would be materially less restrictive than stated in the version of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time we collected the information, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent to any such uses as may be required by law.
