Moderate:
Renter may cancel and receive a 50% refund less the Muuchit cancellation fee. Non-refundable for cancellations 7 days or less prior to event date.
If cancelled, a Muuchit cancellation fee will apply, and applicable Provider cancellation fee will be charged. See FAQs for cancellation fee details.
This Provider collects a refundable security deposit of $1,000.00 directly from the renter to confirm date.

Guests who wish to smoke may go downstairs to the sidewalk. - Any decorations or props must be approved by BUILDING staff. - DJs are permitted on the outdoor terrace, using their own sound equipment. DJs may not hook up to the onsite audio system. - Events must end by 12am.
